Accessibility

CDIC is proud to share its Accessibility Plan for 2026–2028, in response to the Federal Government’sAccessible Canada Act (ACA).

We are committed to being accessible to everyone. This means making sure our workplace, services, and activities are inclusive and responsive to the changing needs of people with disabilities. Our goal is to go beyond the requirements of the ACA whenever we can.

CDIC understands the importance of being a barrier-free organization. That’s why we take real action to identify and remove obstacles as soon as they’re found—even if they’re not specifically listed in this Plan.

People with disabilities are the experts in their own experiences. We’re committed to listening, learning, and improving with their input. Their feedback helps us strengthen accessibility for everyone we serve:

  • The depositors we protect,
  • The partners and institutions we work with to support financial stability in Canada, and
  • Our employees, who contribute to our mandate every day.

Through this Plan, we reaffirm our commitment to continuous improvement and to creating an environment where everyone can participate ;fully and equally.
