We submit formal reports to Parliament each year – an Annual Report which is tabled in Parliament and outlines our results and activities for the previous fiscal year, and a Summary of the Corporate Plan (including operating and capital budgets, and borrowing plan) which sets out a five-year plan of activity and the resources required to achieve the plan.
We also prepare Quarterly Financial Reports, which provide quarterly consolidated financial statements and explanatory notes for the fiscal quarter and year-to-date.
As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we also regularly publish reports on travel and hospitality expenses for all members of our Executive Team, our Chair of the Board, and our Private Sector Directors. Annually, we provide information on the total annual expenses for each of travel, hospitality and conference fees for the Corporation.
