The Manager, Resolution Legal and Transactions will contribute to CDIC’s preparedness to resolve member financial institutions by ensuring that CDIC has effective legal and transactional skills and frameworks in place to facilitate the orderly resolution of a member institution, and contributes to CDIC’s development of resolution execution strategies.



Policy and Research Advisor

The Policy and Research Advisor is accountable for analyzing Canadian and international financial sector policy issues affecting the Corporation, its member institutions and the financial services industry to provide guidance on the formulation of corporate positions and policies.
